Excellent Service!!!! I HATE ants!!!!! I feel like I live on an ant hill. The ants were taking over my kitchen and dining room. I was warned that they might not disappear with just one treatment because of their life cycle but sure enough, they did!!!!! I requested a quote on Sunday, received an immediate response and they were here on Monday. I HIGHLY recommend Black Pearl!!!

We have been so impressed with Black Pearl. They were able to come out quickly and help us with our cricket issue. We went from finding around 20-30 crickets a night in our house to about 5 a night after the first spray. They came back and sprayed again that week between our scheduled service for free and we haven't seen a cricket or any other bug since! I had forgotten to ask them not to spray near my garden on one side of the house but they noticed it and were the ones to mention that they didn't spray in that area before they left. I am so grateful we found Black Pearl!

I moved into my Condo in April of 2022; all was great for the first 6 months. Afterwards, I started to see a German Roach occasionally which in turn, resulted in an infiltration within about 2 months. I called the most expensive company in the Valley and the population continued to grow. That company was nice and kind, but I had signed the mandatory annual contract, as my wallet continued to thin. I spoke with the owner of the unit upstairs and she contacted Black Pearl to treat my unit as well as hers. Degen came out to perform the treatments and he was a nice guy and guaranteed he could get the job done. I really didn't believe him, and he proved me wrong. After a couple of treatments and 2 months later. I am living the American Dream! No more German Roaches!!! Please do not waste your money, don't look any further. This is the real deal! I'm really happy with this company. They make the process easy and send regular text reminders which are really helpful for me. I was having a black widow problem and they fixed it. Overall, I haven't seen a single bug since I started with them. I have used a different exterminator before and they never got rid of the bugs. They were everywhere and their monthly sprays did nothing to fix it. When I asked Black Pearl about this they told me they would come back and spray for free if their scheduled sprays didn't solve the problem. Other companies in town very aggressively told me that I would have to pay extra if I still had bugs and they had to come back. Black Pearl takes their job seriously and has never had to come back because they did in fact take care of the problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Black Pearl Pest Control has proven themselves to be a good and (more importantly) effective extermination company to treat our pest problems. We were having rodent (mouse and rat) problems at our home. We contacted Deagan at Black Pearl PC and he quickly came out to address the problem. He spent about 30 minutes treating our house for mice, rats, (pack rats too), and scorpions. Within days of Deagan's efforts, our rodent problems vanished. Happy with the results we've contracted Black Pearl Pest Control to conduct regular pest treatments to our home.

Great service! I had a few companies come out to Treat for a scorpion issue. After a recommendation I decided to have Black Pearl Pest control come out and The owner Daegan came and did the service himself. His work was detailed as he took down spider webs and he did more for my scorpion issue then I felt the others were. Haven't seen scorpions in awhile. When it used to be 5 a week. Highly recommend. I'm getting more for my money with Black Pearl.

I called Degen last minute at the end of a work day. Wife and I had an emergency ant infestation and were leaving for international travel the next morning. Degen drive all the way to Queen Creek to take care of the ants and was in and out in 20 minutes. We are so thankful for the service.

We had such a great experience with Black Pearl Pest Control that I had to leave a review. They came to our home and removed all of the debris and nests from underneath our solar panels, and the difference is incredible. Carlos went above and beyond. Not only was he kind and professional, but he worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every detail. He lined our backyard area with black liner, cleaned everything up beautifully, and honestly made our yard look even better than it did before he arrived. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work. I've never had a pest control company be this diligent and thorough. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares and does an amazing job, this is absolutely the company to use. We will definitely continue using them in the future!

Black Pearl might not be the cheapest pest control out there, but they might be the best value. I used Black Pearl to get rid of some pigeons and put up netting on my solar panels. They were quick, friendly, and didn't just get rid of the pigeons and put the netting in; they cleaned up most of the droppings on the ground and surrounding area. I'm sure I could find someone cheaper next time, but I know if I go with these guys, I'm not going to regret my decision.

Black Pearl is an excellent weed control service. They spray every six months, and no weeds! If some weeds do appear between the 2X/year sprayings, Black Pearl is quick to come out to remedy. Highly recommend!!
